Dr Ali Tahamassebi
Clinical Director | General Practitioner
Dr Ali is a single handed partner at Bentley Practice.
Amanda Poland
Operations Manager
Amanda's role is to support the Clinical Director and provide management support for the Primary Care Network to enable the delivery of services in line with the Network Contract Directed Enhanced Service specification (PCN DES) and facilitate development of the PCN. To manage the Network Additional Roles staff which including the Clinical Pharmacist, Social Prescriber, care coordinators and any other roles.

Amanda is Business Manager at Huntcliff Surgery and has taken this role as a non-clinical lead.
First Contact Physiotherapists
Our First Contact Physiotherapists (FCP's) help patients with a range of specialist physiotherapy requirements. From assessing MSK injuries and conditions, they have vast experience in physiotherapy and provide pathways to orthopaedic treatments, spinal triage and treat, rheumatology, and more.

Rebecca Cooper
Child and Young Person Mental Health Practitioner
Helping people from the age of 4 all the way up to 18, Rebecca is our young persons mental health practitioner (CYP). Her role is varied, and she helps those suffering from substance abuse, relationship difficulties, anxiety, worries, and any issues that may be negatively affecting their mental health.
Able to refer and signpost patients to relevant services, Rebecca also offers advice that can help younger people manage their mental health better.
Sarah is new to the PCN, and will start to run clinics, these are called live well clinics for the over 65's. She can also see patients in their own home for those that are housebound her role covers everything from assessing to support, as well as referrals into relevant services. Sarah also oversees the Care Home DES for the PCN.
Elizabeth Weledji
Senior pharmacist
Elizabeth is responsible for the delivery all medication reviews for patients who reside in care homes. She is also lead for the Pharmacy Team which is made up of Clinical Pharmacists who offer pharmacy support to PCN member practices and Pharmacy Technicians who work with our Clinical Pharmacists to support our practices.
Social Prescribing Link Workers
Utilising a holistic approach, our social prescribing link workers connect patients with community groups and services that can provide practical and emotional support. Whether it’s counselling referrals or homelessness support, as well as help with debt, isolation, welfare benefits, and the overarching negative effects of the pandemic, our social prescribing link workers are here to help the people of Redcar.

Care Coordinators
Each practice has a Care Coordinator who support the practice and residential care homes in the locality to deliver enhanced care to their patients and coordinate a variety of other services to improve patient care.
